Due to the introduction of state of emergency in the territory of the Republic of Latvia,

1. Have been traveling to any of the countries affected by the COVID-19 coronavirus (https://spkc.gov.lv/en/aktualitates/get/nid/769) or https://www.mfa.gov.lv/aktualitates/ news / 65661-updated-travel-alerts-more-);

2. You have been in home isolation mode for at least 14 days and you are feeling well;

3. if one of the family members is in a self-contained house but lives in the same house
