Our gym is equipped with modern equipment for cardio and strength training for all muscle groups, and there is also an area for training with free weights. Krasta Sporta Centrs also has a group training room, a separate TRX training area and a multifunctional training area where you can do your workouts. A great advantage for visitors to Krasta Sporta Centrs is the 80m long running area. After a workout, we invite you to relax in our SPA area with sauna and steam bath.
