Internal Rules of
the sports centre „Krasta”

 

I General rules

1.1. The Internal Rules apply to all visitors (clients, guests, coaches, persons invited by client, players etc. hereinafter all together „the Visitors of the Centre”)of the sports centre „Krasta” (hereinafter the “Centre”) without any exceptions.
1.2. Using the services of the Centre and/or being on its territory, the Visitor of the Centre agrees with these Internal Rules.
1.3. In case of violation of the provisions of Internal Rules, the Centre has the right to refuse to provide any services to any Visitor of the Centre.
1.4. The Internal Rules of the Centre are drawn up in Latvian, Russian and English. In the event of a dispute, the provisions of the Internal Rules of the Centre in Latvian shall prevail.

 

II Rules of conduct and responsibility

2.1. Visitors of the Centre must follow the instructions of the employees of the Centre.
2.2. Visitors of the Centre must carefully treat the property of the Centre.
2.3. Being in the Centre, you need to keep order and cleanliness.
2.4. Visitors of the Centre are obliged to behave within the framework of social norms of behavior, not to interfere with other visitors.
2.5. It is necessary to respect other visitors and employees of the Centre.
2.6. Each client must independently monitor his/her health.
2.7. If you feel unwell during your workout, you should immediately stop exercising and call for medical assistance.
2.8. The Centre is not responsible for the state of health of the Visitors of the Centre. By agreeing to these Internal Rules, the Visitors of the Centre relieve the Centre from any liability for potential injuries, deterioration of health or accidents.
2.9. The Visitors of the Centre is personally responsible for their belongings. The Centre is not liable for items left in locker rooms and other places in the Centre.
2.10. The client locks the locker, which is available at the appropriate time, with a padlock, which the client purchases at the Centre, or the client can use his personal padlock. Thepadlock is needed because the Center has special lockers that are locked only with a padlocks. When leaving the Center, the client leaves the locker open, takes the padlock or leaves it in the special place provided for it. If the locker is left closed after the working hours of the Centre, for security purposes, the Centre will cut the padlock and clean the content of the locker; the items of the locker are stored 7 calendar days after they are found, and afterwards they are destroyed. In such event the Centre shall not be liable for the damage caused to the client.
2.11. The Centre has the right to refuse to extend the subscription to the client if he has violated the Internal Rules or interfered with the activities of the Centre.
2.12. For non-compliance with the Internal Rules of the Centre, the Centre has the right to cancel the subscription of the client, without refund of payment for unused services.
2.13. Employees of the Centre have the right to ask the Visitor of the Centre to leave the premises of the Centre if he violated the Internal Rules or interfered with the activities of the Centre.
2.14. The Centre reserves the right to refuse the sale of a subscription to the client and the provision of any other services.
2.15. The Centre has the right to cancel the preliminary reservations of the client in the event that the Centre is to host tournaments, master classes or any other events, having notified the client in advance and agreeing with the client for different game time.Reservation of cancelled game time is determined at the request of the client based on the availability of free time no earlier than two days without the right to transfer the game time.
2.16. The Centre has the right, after notifying the client in advance, to make changes to the training schedule, working hours, Internal Rules and rates of services by posting them on the website, at the reception, sending an e-mail or issuing a printed form.
2.17. The client is jointly liable for compliance with these Internal Rules by the persons invited by him, as well as for damage caused to the property of the Centre, in the amount of the damage caused. If it is impossible for the invited person by the client to fulfill his obligation to compensate for the damage caused to the property of the Centre, the client is fully liable and responsible for the damage caused.
2.18. In case of emergency or abnormal situations (fire, power outage), Visitors of the Centre should IMMEDIATELY leave the Centre through the central exit, and if it is impossible to leave the Centre through emergency exits. IMMEDIATELY notify the administrator or technical employees of the Centreabout what is happening.

 

III In the sports Centre „Krasta” it is PROHIBITED:

3.1. To cause inconvenience to other visitors and interfere with the employees of the Centre to perform their professional duties.
3.2. To use the tennis court, the gym and the treadmill in outdoor shoes.
3.3. To use the tennis court, the gym and the treadmill with socks or bare feet, unless the coach has authorized it during the training.
3.4. To smoke.
3.5. To use or be in training under the influence of alcohol and drugs.
3.6. To bring food to the workout.
3.7. To bring drinks in glass bottles.
3.8. To spoil inventory and equipment.
3.9. It is forbidden to strike the coating, inventory and equipment of the Centre with items that could damage equipment, inventory or coating. In case of damage to property, coverage, inventory and equipment of the Centre, the Visitor of the Centreis fully liable and responsible for the damage caused.
3.10. In the event of damage to property, coverage, inventory or equipment of the Centre, such damage shall be reimbursed by the Visitor of the Centre within 5 calendar days.
3.11. Guests and clients are not permitted to use the premises that are only for use of the employees of the Centre.
3.12. It is forbidden to raise the voice, interfere with other visitors, violate the Internal Rules.
3.13. On the territory of the Centre it is prohibited to use the sound-reproducing equipment or to take video and photography without special agreement with the administration; unauthorized sale of goods and services, distribution of advertising products, posting ads.
3.14. It is forbidden to carry flammable explosives, weapons and ammunition.


IV Rules for visiting tennis courts

4.1. Only players are allowed on the courts.
4.2. The maximum allowable number of players simultaneously present on one court is 5 (including the coach).
4.3. In the case of group sessions with a large number of players, you must first contact the Centre administration for information and conditions.
4.4. Winter season - the period of classes from September 1 to May 31 inclusive.
4.5. Summer season - the period of classes from June 1 to August 31 inclusive.
4.6. The “game hour” of playing on the tennis courts is 55 minutes. After the end of the playing time, the client releases the court for other players in a timely manner, leaving acleanded court behind him. Exceeding the game time over 10 minutes, the client pays as for 30 minutes in accordance to the tariff plan of theclient.
4.7. On the tennis court, classes are held only in sportswear and special tennis shoes - in shoes marked “Non-Marking” (which does not damage and does not leave any marks on the court floor).
4.8. During group activities, parents and accompanying persons are prohibited from being on the tennis courts and in other premises of the Centre under instructions of the administration of the Centre.
4.9. Parents have the right to be on the courts in the fan area only with the permission of the administration of the Centre.
4.10. Persons under 18 years before the classes should submit a certificate from a pediatrician stating that there are no contraindications to tennis classes.The coach is responsible for receiving, storing and presenting the above mentioned certificates to the Center at the relevant request of the Center. The coach is responsible to bring after the training the persons under 18 under the supervision of parents or parent authorized persons.
4.11. During training, the coach is responsible for the players on the court, as well as for damage caused to the property of the Centre, in the amount of the damage caused. If it is impossible for the payer to fulfill his obligation to compensate for the damage caused to the property of the Centre, the coach is fully liable and responsible for the damage caused.
4.12. If the client decides to use the court longer than it was reserved, the Centreadministrator should be timely warned about this.

 

V Rules for visiting the gym

5.1. The Centre and the employeesof the Centre are not responsible for the state of health of the client. All clients are informed that they are using the gym of the Centre without supervision of the employees of the Centre, independently choosing their own simulators and equipment, and independently distributing physical activity, based on their individual capabilities.
5.2. Persons who have reached the age of 18 are allowed to use the gym independently.
5.3. Persons under 18 years of age can go to the gym only when accompanied by parents or persons authorized by parents, at least 18 years old.
5.4. Sports and other equipment of the gym must be used in accordance with its purpose and instructions for use.
5.5. It is allowed to exercises in the gym only in clean sports shoes. It is forbidden to use shoes with leather soles, with spikes, train barefoot or to use open shoes.
5.6. Exercising with burdens or weights close to the maximum limit is allowed only under the supervision of an experienced client's workout partner.
5.7. Client should handle very carefully with the weights, barbells, dumbbells. All exercises should be performed smoothly, without sharp movements.
5.8. Client should move around the gym hall without going into the working area of other personswho are training. The client is obliged to behave within the framework of social norms of behavior, not to interfere with other visitors.
5.9. After completing the exercises, the client is obliged to wipe the equipment and inventory with a disinfector and disposable napkins, and remove the sports equipment used by him to designated areas.
5.10. It is necessary to ensure that long and loose parts of clothes, laces, towels do not enter the moving parts of the simulators.
5.11. The client is obliged to complete the last session workout at least 20 minutes before the Centre closes.
5.12. In case of violation of these Integral Rules regarding the use of the gym, the administration of the Centre reserves the right to refuse to extend the subscription and provide services without any compensation for unused time.
5.13. It is prohibited:
5.13.1. Persons under 18 years of age to use the gym without the supervision of parents or persons authorized by parents, at least 18 years old;
5.13.2. to start gym classes with unhealed injuries and general malaise. If you feel unwell during gym classes, you must stop training and call for medical assistance, if necessary informing the administration of the Centre;
5.13.3. to visit the gym while intoxicated;
5.13.4. to occupy several simulators at once, hanging personal belongings on them;
5.13.5. to work on faulty simulators and independently troubleshoot. The client must immediately report to the administration for any malfunctions of sports equipment;
5.13.6. to use barefoot or slippers; use clean, closed shoes shuld be used;
5.13.7. train without a shirt;
5.13.8. to overload simulators above the norm by additional hanging loads;
5.13.9. to take pancakes, dumbbells, barbells with wet or sweaty hands. This can lead to a slip out of the hands and falling;
5.13.10. bring food to the gym; water should be in plastic, closed bottles.

 

VIRules for visiting the Sauna

6.1. The entrance to the sauna is from 9:00 to 21:30.
6.2. The zone of the Centre’s sauna is provided for simultaneous use by men and women.
6.3. It is forbidden to visit sauna by people with cardiovascular diseases, with high or low pressure, fungal and other infectious diseases or contraindications.
6.4. On the territory of the sauna women should be in swimming suits, and men in swimming trunks of a sports sample. Everyone should have towels and shoes, slippers with rubber soles.
6.5. It is forbidden to turn on, turn off or adjust the temperature of the sauna.
6.6. Persons under 18 years of age can go to the sauna only when accompanied by parents or persons authorized by parents, at least 18 years old.
6.7. Before and after the sauna you must take a shower.
6.8. In the sauna it is forbidden to use peels, essential oils, aromatic additives and do wraps.

 

VII Tennis court reservation, rental subscriptions and renewal conditions

7.1. The subscription is the total number of the tennis classes (at least 4) on a tennis court. At least one tennis class must be used during the week. The subscription must be used for at least four weeks in a row.
7.3. When purchasing the subscription, the client must make advance preliminary reservations reservations for all tennis classes.
7.4. The client has no right to change the reservation. If the client does not use the reservation, the reservation time is considered to be used. Refund of payment for unused game time is not provided.
7.5. The Centre is not responsible for maintaining the reserved game time after the expiration of the subscription.
